This is the form that you can use to submit things to the kanban, Have a go, its fine!
The idea would be that AM’s submit ideas, these the go into ‘status = backlog’, they are reviewed at a regular meeting with Sentien Partners present, things that are given a thumbs up can be picked up and worked on… progress is reviewed and status is updated, until a ‘show and tell’ session, where it’s “put into production” as it were, or goes back into a development cycle if need’s be.
Let’s ourselves review this tool / process and make sure its right!
